Meet The Owner
About Tony
Tony Castro is the business Owner and General Manager. He loves people and strives to show it to his employees and customers through his business. Tony was born in Los Angeles, CA and is first generation American with a Cuban heritage. He loves Cuban Food because his Mother is Cuban and he grew up with her delicious home Cuban cooking. Tony moved to Palmdale with his family when he was just 9 years of age in 1989.
Because he grew up in Palmdale (also known as the Aerospace Capital of the U.S.) he dreamed of one day working on airplanes. He joined the U.S. Air Force in 2000 and served for 4 years. After finishing his enlistment he got a job with Boeing and earned a Bachelor of Science in Professional Aeronautics from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University. He now works for Northrop Grumman and runs the restaurant.
